Return Policy Objective
Our goal is to have happy customers who love fishing with our products. Therefore, if you purchased Scent Striker products and are unsatisfied with them, you may return your purchase for a refund.
30-days No Questions Asked
We will accept returns within the first 30 days after the purchase date and not ask questions. When the returned merchandise is received in our Juneau, Alaska facility, we will refund the items received to your credit card.
Merchandise Condition
Our 30-day no-questions-asked return policy applies to items with all their pieces or amounts. For example, if you purchased a package of three Originals, then three new Originals must be received at our facility for a refund. An opened package, but all the parts and amounts still qualify for a full refund.
Return Methods
Method 1 – You take the bull by the horns:
You want to get'er done and don’t mind paying for shipping on your end. In that case, please mail your return to the address below for your refund. Please note we will not reimburse you for the amount of postage paid.

Method 2 – Email us first for return instructions:
The first step is to send us an email at info@appanagefishing.com. Please put “Return” in the subject line. Please let us know what products you want to return, your name, and your mailing address in the body of the email.
Step two is we'll mail you a prepaid return-merchandise shipping label and mailing envelope.
Step three is you drop your return merchandise into the supplied mailer, attach the return shipping label, and send us the merchandise.
The final step is that once the merchandise is received at our Juneau, Alaska facility, we will send your refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Encountering A Problem With Your Credit Card
Appanage Fishing will always send your refund to the credit card you used for your purchase. If we encounter any issues with crediting your account, we'll email you concerning the problem. We will use the email address provided when you purchased our product.
Product Damage During Shipping Or Lost
If you experience damaged goods due to shipping or the shipment is lost, please email us at info@appanagefishing.com. Please include a photo of the damaged packaging and products. We will review your claim and send you replacement merchandise. In the event we have follow-up questions, we will email them to you and await your reply before shipping out replacement merchandise.
Returns After 30-days
Appanage Fishing accepts returns of merchandise after 30 days if our products fail due to manufacturing and materials problems. Please use Return Method Two above to begin the return process. Appanage Fishing, at its sole discretion, will determine whether or not a failure occurred due to our processes or materials.
