Overview:
Appanage Fishing uses the lowest cost shipping option from its home plant to you. We compare shipping costs provided by various services and choose the most economical one that delivers your purchases in a reasonable amount of time. US First Class mail from our facility in Juneau, Alaska, is the lowest cost option, and we choose this option. A second mailing option available to you at check-out is Priority Flat Rate Mail. Flat Rate Mail costs more than First Class mail. For our Canadian customers, the only mailing option is First-Class Package International mail.
Processing Time:
Appanage Fishing strives to fulfill orders within two business days from the receipt of an order. We will send you an email stating the reason for missing the two-day processing time if we can not meet our two business day processing time. You will have the option of canceling the order for a full refund or continuing with your order under the new fulfillment timeline.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time for First-Class mail is three to five business days. We have found that the USPS most often meets their stated delivery times. Although, we notice that east-cost delivery may occasionally take up to seven days. The USPS advertises Priority Flat Rate Mail as a one to three-business-day mailing option.
US First-Class and Priority mail receive tracking numbers when generating a shipping label. The customer is sent the tracking number via email when creating the label.
We cannot predict the mailing time to our Canadian customers as we cannot track US Mail once it is outside the US. Therefore, Canadian customers should consult their local post office to determine the added delivery time once the shipment enters Canada.
Cost:
Appanage Fishing charges a flat rate for shipping. First-Class shipping is less costly than Priority Flat Rate Mail. The shipping charge is added to the purchase during check-out.
Appanage Fishing averages the shipping cost for the nine zones for First Class mail and uses this average as its First-Class rate.
Appanage Fishing uses the cost of USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail for the cost of this shipping option.
Free Shipping:
Appanage Fishing may offer free shipping at times. The choice of shipping services to fulfill a free shipping offer is at Appanage Fishing’s sole discretion.
Shipping Container:
Appanage Fishing uses poly-plastic envelopes when shipping its products via First-Class mail to your address. As a result, minor blemishes to the Scent Striker blister package might occur during shipping. Minor imperfections to the packaging will not damage our products. If, however, product damage does occur, Appanage Fishing will replace the damaged products at no additional cost to you.
Appanage Fishing will ship using a USPS Flat Rate box if you choose the Priority Mail option during check-out.
